Brenda Mottola

Owner

Brenda has a 20-year history in sales and marketing. She first developed her sales skills while working in her family’s real estate business. She then went on to work for one of the most successful real estate groups in New England and was a multi-million dollar producer year after year. She now specializes in all things “‘front of the house” in the hospitality industry!

Jack O'Dea

Sales Associate

Jack O’Dea brings many years of hospitality experience to the Watch Hill Group. He was most recently a top salesperson at Hoshizaki America, winning several ‘Salesperson of the Year’ awards. Jack is originally from Elmira NY and got his start at Corning before running his own successful rep group in upstate NY. Jack is an avid golfer and big fan of Notre Dame football. His passion and knowledge of the hospitality industry bring immeasurable expertise to the group.

Jack is an accomplished industry veteran who spent the last 15 years a Vice President for Hoshizaki America overseeing distribution and sales for the Northeast. Previously Jack was the Northeast Regional Sales Manager for Henny Penny Corp. Jack resides in North Reading, Massachusetts with his wife, Cindy. They have two grown sons and in Jack’s spare time he enjoys a bit of golf… when it’s not snowing!

Brenda is the owner of Virtual Business Solutions which provides a comprehensive range of sales/administrative support to Sales Reps in the Hospitality Industry. Having worked as both an Office and Sales Manager at a Manufacturing Company for over 20 years, she became passionate about the Hospitality Industry. In her position she developed strong organizational skills and built solid relationships with customers, dealers and reps. Brenda resides in Georgia, with her husband, two grown children and three grandchildren. In her time off she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, gardening and boating on Lake Lanier.

Ashleigh serves as sales support for the Watch Hill Group. She has over 10 years of industry experience including restaurant operations, manufacturer sales support, and manufacturer representative sales roles. We are excited for Ashleigh to lend her professionalism and industry expertise, as well as her dynamic personality and commitment to customer satisfaction to the Watch Hill Group.
